Yankees get "Sexy"

10:33 PM: You all wanted the Yankees to add a bat? They added a bat. Too bad it's 33-year old .218-hitting Richie Sexson. Seriously though, Sexson will become the only Yankee with a .300+ clip against lefties this season and should provide even a minor boost over Wilson Betemit.

The Yankees will only have to pay Sexson the pro-rated minimum of $161,000. So in the end, the worst thing that will come out of this will be a little lost loose change out of the Steinbrenner family's pocket.
